The XL 3100 IV and XL 5100 IV models are being updated, too — all equipped with Gradall’s wheeled undercarriages that can be driven at speeds up to 55 mph. The event took place at the company’s Tomahawk Customer Center in Tomahawk, Wis. The new Case 580N, 580 Super N, 580 Super N Wide Track and 590 Super N backhoes replace the company’s M Series 3 product line. Doosan DX350LC Excavator Offers More Engine Horsepower →

Despite a nearly 10 percent increase in engine horsepower compared with the model it replaces, the Doosan DX350LC excavator still sips on fuel and easily meets all current Tier III emissions standards, according to the manufacturer. The DX350LC is powered by a 271-hp (202 kW), 6-cylinder Doosan DL08 water-cooled diesel engine. The turbocharged 466 cu. in.
