Kleemann MC 110 Z Jaw Crusher Makes an Appearance →
The MC 110 Z track-mounted jaw crusher from Kleemann has a high-torque reversible hydraulic jaw and fully hydraulic gap adjustment. The R version has an integrated grizzly and the Z version a fully independent double-deck pre-screen. The machine also can be fitted with an optional final screen and oversize discharge, allowing the operator to produce a final graded product with one machine. Monroe Tractor held a two-day live demonstration and informative walk-around of the Kleemann MR 130 Z EVO mobile impact crusher Feb. 3 and 4 in West Henrietta, N.Y., near Rochester. Within minutes, chunks of abandoned concrete were dropped into the hopper while uniformly shaped stone, ready for reuse, were deposited at the other end. Several loads of rubble, which was quickly reduced to small rocks, came from Midtown Plaza — an epic piece of demolition from the first indoor shopping plaza ever constructed in the United States. Kurtz Bros. operates a C&D landfill, a MRF and material processing operation on its 17-acre facility. To tackle this work, Kurtz Bros. recently purchased a Powerscreen Warrior 1800 from AGGCORP.
