ConnDOT's I-95 West River Bridge Reconstruction Proceeding on Schedule →

With the West River Bridge (built in 1958) nearing the end of its serviceable life, the Connecticut Department of Transportation (ConnDOT), agreed in 2012 to replace the 1,020 ft. (311 m)-long bridge linking New Haven and West Haven. The $135 million contract was awarded to Middlesex Corporation in November 2013.
