(2.7 km) tunnel to replace the SR 99 Alaskan Way Viaduct (SR 99 Tunnel Project) in Seattle, Wash., and have made substantial progress since. The tunnel, a design-build project for the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), is being built by the Seattle Tunnel Partners (STP), a joint-venture of Dragados USA and the Tutor Perini Corp.
