Anaconda Conveyors USA has moved into its new facility and corporate headquarters located at 47 Maple St., Bellingham, Mass. The 45,000 sq. ft. facility has 40,000 sq. ft. of shop, manufacturing and inventory space and 5,000 sq. ft. of office space and is located in an industrial park with its own nine acre yard.

“We are very excited about this new facility and we feel that it positions us very strongly for future growth,” said Gordon Terry, general manager of Anaconda Conveyors USA.

“In this down economy it is unusual to see companies making major financial investments in their future. I believe that this facility signals the confidence that we have in the growth and impact that the Anaconda Conveyor line and the new Anaconda portable tracked conveyor are having and will continue to have on the United States aggregate production and recycling market.

The new facility is located just off Interstate 495, only 15 mi. south of the Mass Pike and 10 mi. north of Interstate 95.

“For many reasons the northeastern United States has long been considered a key market for aggregate production and recycling. Our very rocky soil conditions and high population density have put New England at the forefront of the tracked crusher and now the tracked conveyor market. So headquartering our company in eastern Massachusetts makes a lot of sense,” Terry added.
